About Amanah
Amanah is the word for something placed in another person's keeping. It is the most accurate description we could find of what happens when a family hands over the keys to their home.

Why we exist
Hiring a housekeeper or a nanny in the UAE usually means one of two things: a free listings site where anyone can register and nothing is checked, or an agency that will not tell you what it charges until you are on the phone.
Both leave the family doing the verification themselves, badly, under time pressure. We thought the checking was the entire job, so we made it the entire product.
How we make money
Families pay a membership. That is it, and it is the whole reason we can afford to turn people away.
Free portals are paid for by someone — usually the helper, through the visa partner she is quietly funnelled toward. We would rather you paid us and she paid nothing.
What we are not
We are not a recruitment agency, and under UAE law we could not be one. Federal Decree-Law 9/2022 reserves the recruitment and placement of domestic workers to MOHRE-licensed Tadbeer centres.
So Amanah introduces and coordinates. Contract, medical, visa and sponsorship are executed by a licensed partner, and every placement records which centre handled it.
