Tadbeer
The MOHRE-licensed service centres that are the only bodies permitted to recruit and place domestic workers in the UAE.
Tadbeer centres were introduced to replace the unregulated agency market. They are licensed and supervised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and under Federal Decree-Law 9 of 2022 the recruitment and placement of domestic workers is reserved to them.
In practice a Tadbeer centre is where the contract is executed, the medical is arranged, and the residence visa and sponsorship are processed. They also handle replacement and dispute steps when an arrangement ends early.
Amanah is not a Tadbeer centre and does not do any of that. We operate a verified register and introduce households to helpers; the reserved work is carried out by a licensed partner, and every placement records which centre handled it.
Why it matters
If any platform or individual offers to handle your domestic worker's visa or contract without a Tadbeer centre, that is a signal to stop. Ask which licensed centre is being used and for its licence number.
